Q: Are your shipments discreet?
Yes, all our orders are packaged in new, unmarked boxes. The only
markings placed on the box are your address, the barcode/tracking
labels from the shipping company, and our return address which

In this case we always use generic terms for the products and never refer to the adult nature. For example lingerie items are marked as clothing.
Q: What will my credit card statement show?
All charges are billed through our corporate name DRS, INC. or Domain Registration Services, Inc. this and the total amount of the purchase are all that is shown on your statement.
Q: Will my name go to any other company or be used for a mailing list?
NO, The only people that see your name are the people directly involved with the sale. It is our strict policy that names are never to be given to any outside company or be used for any type of mailing list. If in the future we decide to start a mailing list, it will be a service you will have to sign up for.
Q: What about e-mail, is it discreet?
The only time you will get e-mail from us is when your order is shipped, or if there is a problem with you order. When your order is shipped we send a message that states only that your order was shipped, the date it left, and the tracking number. We do not make any reference to the items ordered. If there is a problem with your order, we will e-mail you and state what the problem is. If the problem is product related, we only refer to the item number. Our e-mail will have our return address of service@passionshop.com, if you do not want any e-mail from us, you are welcome to put our e-mail address on your order form.
